Jonathan Kendall
 
Mr. Kendall’s experience delves deep into the convergence of physical, financial, and cyberspace resources to support and protect business. He has direct experience in analysis, IPO’s as one of his businesses was traded on NASDAQ, start-up funding, investment preparation and entrepreneurial issues. To support his management analysis and advice, he has created an infrastructure to assess business risk by applying a structured, scientific methodology to the evaluation, research, examination, execution and conclusion.  He has been a professional consultant and educator for over 25 years focused on technology, risk and management issues. He has 20+ years of client-focused planning, design and integration experience in professional services consultancies engaged in projects as diverse as the campus-wide converged IT, building design, and project management at the famous National Defense University in Washington, DC to the US$500 million Medical Systems hospital, emergency response 911 headquarters, and the schools of nursing and medicine in urban Baltimore, Maryland USA.  International projects outside of Brazil and USA include South Korea, Canada and the Middle East.
 
 
David Young
 
Mr. Young has over 40+ years of business and computer experience. He worked for IBM as an executive and as a senior consultant, giving him business management as well as computer systems knowledge. He was a senior certified consulting systems engineer, consulting with banks (e.g. Banco do Brazil) and manufacturing companies worldwide, specializing in systems and security management. Later he became product marketing executive with worldwide responsibility for designing and building products for systems and security management as well as automation and monitoring. As an executive he was responsible for corporate product strategy for several years, doing in-depth market, customer and financial viability analysis. Later as the marketing and finance executive for North and South America he consulted with the various countries on their finance and marketing plans and ran a team that monitored the financial spending and return on investments for marketing dollars. This experience positions him to provide senior consulting in the world of business management including cyber and electronic security.
 
 
 
Hakan Olsson
 
Mr. Hakan Olsson has years of international risk and practical security experience in Europe and Brazil. He has competitive personal protection knowledge, experience as a professional educator, and as a competitor in the IPSC/Practical Shooting series. His 15+ years as a successful entrepreneur in his Brazilian companies has given him a unique understanding of the risks of living and doing business in Brazil. As a professional executive consultant, he possesses risk, security and business management skills with a Brazilian context relating to foreigners, ex-patriots and investors. He is uniquely qualified to deal with the required interface to the Brazilian agencies, culture and norms regarding company creation and structural issues.  These include locating and protecting a business and residence, travel and relocation risk mitigation issues, employee problem and management consulting, benefit and retention recommendations, loss prevention, crisis mitigation, and the critical quality, security, safety and health related issues.  |
